My favorite restaurant in my area. Fried rice with any combination is a big thumbs up.

We've driven by this restaurant numerous times saying we should give it a shot. We arrived on a Monday evening around 7pm. They had 2 hibachi tables going already, so we had to wait our turn for one of those chefs, no big deal. The restaurant is on the smaller side and very clean. Service was fantastic. Our hibachi chef was wonderful and did a great performance. They offer some minor changes to "normal" hibachi in the area - choice of regular hibachi shrimp or garlic shrimp as your "appetizer." The garlic shrimp is covered with (I think) garlic, super buttery bread crumbs - it was very good, albeit greasy. They also include lemon juice on various parts of the food.
The unfortunate part is that after this great show and service... the hibachi-cooked food was bland. Some extra/better quality soy sauce and less butter would do wonders for the flavor. The yummy-yummy sauce was fairly thin as well - not sure if it's just low quality or watered down. It was quite a bummer after everything leading up to that first bite being wonderful.
Overall, the cost is slightly higher than other restaurants, perhaps this is just the charge for the area. Note they have a $2 up-charge for hibachi fried rice (white rice is included).
Would I go back? I would go back for their happy hour to check out their sushi rolls. The location is convenient for us, so in a pinch for hibachi, maybe. There are other, more flavorful options within a 10 minute drive.
There is a large parking lot for the strip mall. Note that it does fill up on a nice day during happy hour times. -

Hello. This is my first Yelp review in years. But the food, service, and experience was so good yesterday that I felt compelled to comment. We went to Ginza of Tokyo last night to celebrate my daughters 24th birthday. Frank the chef was so amazing and fun not to mention a great cook. Everything was delicious from the soup and salad to the huge scallops, yummy teriyaki salmon and tender steak. Our waitress, Charlotte was also great and super friendly and efficient. A great evening was had by all. I totally recommend Ginza of Tokyo when you are looking for a restaurant to go to to celebrate a special occasion or just for a great meal out.

We go there about 4 times a year to celebrate birthdays. I took my birthday free dinner certificate on my birthday, May 26th and was told that the new owners did not honor the birthday certificates. Sorry, but you have lost some loyal customers because of a few dollars and good business practice.

This is one of my favorite places to come for lunch. Be mindful that they close at 2 pm then reopen back up at 4 pm. Today I ordered the Garlic shrimp lunch special with comes with either a salad or soup and rice and vegetables. I always get extra YUM YUM sauce since that sets the dish off! It's so good and I can't eat this in one sitting. The teriyaki chicken is also very good.
